moving house

Hi there,

I am moving house within the same Melbourne telephone exchange area. I am currently on a low speed TPG package delivered over a Telstra landline.

I have just moved to an apartment with fibre to the apartment - how do I go about retaining my existing landline number while upgrading to a TPG NBN package which includes phone?

You can request to port your existing homephone number to TPG provided that the phoneline account is still active. To better assist you with your relocation request, we can have our Moving Home Team contact you. Can you send us a PM of the following:

  • Customer ID or username of the account you wish to relocate the services with
  • Homephone number you wish to port to TPG
  • Address for the new location
  • Best contact number
  • Preferred time for a call back
