After 10 days of no service nbn tech finally turned up. In 5 minutes he ascertained our brand new nbn box was stuffed, (we had had a storm in Perth) replaced it, and went on his merry way. We had to wait 10 days to find that out and an essential service to be fixed!!!!!! Poor TPG has no choice but we dont want nbn now. We had to use our wireless Telstra 4G phones as modums in the interim and speeds we were getting were just as good and able to stream TV. In suburbia there are 3 towers around us and 5G is coming. NBN what a lemon.
