I am in Bangalow Ave, Beecroft, NSW.
I can't get NBN internet connection since 9/2/2020, since it was a very heavy storm.
my NBN model has top 2 lights on(Power & Optical). tried switch off/on many times, no help.

We have located the account using your community details. We have received a report from NBN Co. that there are large scale of ongoing power outages due to storm damage and flooding that is impacting the NBN HFC network in your area.
There's no estimated time of restoration yet but, power providers are working on restoring the issue as soon as possible.
Although other customers may have power restored at their premises, it does not mean that the power has been restored at the Infrastructure's location.
