when i returned from overseas i lost my connction and home phone is not working too. it seems my account is all good and there is no outstanding balance. TPG service phone is no answering from yesterday. do i need to renew or what?

thank you. i have been told few times to be waited and i will be called, but nothing happened within last 3 days. the technical suport line is never get answered. if somebody can call me asap it will be great. it must be something wrong outside the building.
