Tried calling, and once I've been on hold for a while the line just goes dead. I understand that with the current COVID situation and the increased use of internet is affecting how TPG operates, the shortage of staff, etc. But there needs to be a better way than being hung up on. I've been a loyal custoner of TPG for years, and still am. Just need some help, please.
My internet keeps dropping out, and has done so for weeks now. It has been very stable previously. Now it drops out multiple times per day. I just want to know why, even if it can't be fixed right now.
