its been 15 days.. moved house ..! chat support doesn’t work...! have to wait for hrs and hrs to get connected and then they transfer it to someone else... then agian wait for hrs and the chat gets closed... moving charges has been deducted 15 days ago , but still i am without internet.! tpg u better give the money back or start my internet service..! been with tpg for 9 years... not a single staff of urs know how to fix the problem..! they just transfer one to another...! i am sick of chat support..! is there anyone from tpg support team who can reply ..?
