What does this mean? Is it a problem on my end or not? I just lost connection suddenly and connection test shows no modem though it's completely connected just as it was before.

I have contacted support and filled a fault but wondering how long it's going to take for a reply, at least Telstra has a 24-7 live chat!

My records shows that there is an outage on NBN network (incident already escalated to NBN).

It is affecting users in the area in VIC

We will keep you updated when this is solved.

I will advice to leave your modem connected.

This is happening to me too. Checked nbn and no issues for me area and modem is fine. Driving me insane

Came to this community for a little help.
