Hi I recently changed my plan from home wireless to nbn and received a mail which I have to return the home wireless modem. Please let me know how do I have to return it. There is no information at all.
If you have recently cancelled your home wireless broadband, an e-connote will be automatically sent via email to return the modem to us. Kindly check your junk and spam folders as it may be routed there. If you are unable to find it, please send me a private message.
