for the last few weeks the internet has been running slow to the point where foxtel doesnt load. tested sunday at 3pm, monday 5pm and today at 2pm and the readings were 3.6, 2.1 and 4.8 mbps. I have a 12 mbps plan and am more than disapointed in your and our multi billion dollar nbn service. can you fix it?
