slow internet

A new customer of TPG's and experiencing very slow internet speeds since connecting a few weeks ago.

I ran the TPG internet test and keep getting download speeds from the mid-1990's dial-up era. 0.7 Mbps download is the common result, and it has stopped altogether on several occasions. Are there any current network issues that would be causing this?

We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service. 

Definitely sounds like we need to investigate this further to as why your getting a slow speed.

We would like to investigate this further and see if we can improve your speed at your address.

Thanks for sending us your details. We ran an intiail test to the service it shows connected for 23h 29m with a passing speed on the line. We'd like to confirm what particular device(s) is affected with slow connection.

 

For testing purposes, please run a speed test (www.speedtest.net) using desktop/laptop connected via LAN/Ethernet cable and post a screen shot on this thread.
