Hi, I recently connect Tpg Nbn but it's been more than 16 hours since i received email saying my account is active but it says that your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured.

I tried some solution but still not working.

Can you please help me to solve this issue?

Welcome to the community!

 

Are you still having issues with service activation? If so, please try to perform a reboot on the modem/router and let us know how it will go.

 

In the event that the issue still persist, please drop me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
