Got to say that tpg has been good up to the point when I want to change speed of my business bundle.
now it is attrocious and even the person on chat (Apple) would not help and did not appear to be concerned that I would look else where for nbn when my plan ends
Been acustomer of tpg for 17 years
Would have thought would deserve better customer support
Phone is not convenient
