Hello
We have big talk as part of our recently acquired NBN package. Being able to call overseas is important to us. We have tried calling overseas the last three days at different times but keep getting a recorded message telling us the lines are congested and to try later. What is this about? Is this going to be an ongoing issue? Do we need to change provider?
