Get online support
I've made this complaint to TPG numerous time in the PAST! The NBN & phone line is absoutue garbage. When we want to make a call, we dial out & get a consistent HIGH PITCH tone on the the line instead of the ringing tone. If I use my mobile to ring support, all I get is to ring back later as we're TOO BUSY to answer your call.
Last time all they did was to send me the same CRAPPY modem which caused the problem & I'll bet thats what will happen again.
