Hi,
When we first signed up we requested the $29 NBN plan and the additional $10 for unlimited phone calls form the home phone.
We ran out of internet data near the end of the month so we upgraded to the $49 NBN plan. Can you confirm we are still paying the $10 for unlimited calls. This is what we want.
At the moment we can receive calls on the home phone but cannot call out we keep getting a message that that feature is not available.
