Can't recieve incoming calls from optus numbers

HI,

I've had NBN phone and internet installed three weeks ago and can't recieve calls from people calling on the optus network. I can recieve calls from all others i.e telstra, vodaphone and landlines.

When you call my TPG landline on a optus phone it states the number has been disconnected and reads out OIM1 before disconnecting.

Any ideas?
