Cannot receive International Calls (either land line or mobiles) on my home phone last 4 days in Sydney.
I can receive local calls via land line, mobiles.
I can also receive calls even local mobile if they dial with '0011 61 2...'
They can call other Sydney land line or mobiles and they receive call.
They receive an voice error 'OCA 01613'.
We get no ringing noise when calls from International.
Can anyone help ?
