Charged twice but no service

Have been charged twice but the service is still not connected. Called umpteen times and the TPG customer service people just lie and keep on transferring my calls without giving any reply as to what is the case. The case manager, Ron, said on 3rd Jun 2022 that the porting will be done within 24-48 hours. After that she has disappeared from the planet. Then another case officer, Elle, said it will be done within 1-5 working days. She too has vanished. Then the other tpg customer service agents keep transferring calls without answering my query or bothering to give a logical reply. What a mess!
