I've been trying to cancel my account for over a week. Everytime I start using your online chat, and mention cancellation they conceniently stop responding. I called yesterday and got through, then the tpg consultant said she would have to call me back as she couldn't put me through to cancellations. I just want my account cancelled. Someone please just cancel it, if a debit comes out I will require a refund, as I have given sufficient notice and am out of contract.

Send an email to cancel@tpg.com.au with the details of your account. They require 30 days notice. If you are still getting charged after 1 month, consider complaining to TIO or ACCC.
