HOME PHONE DOESN'T WORK

Hi,

my home phone doesn't work. The internet works albeit a bit slow and tends to drop out a lot, but the phone gives me an engaged signal when I try to use it. If I call the number from my mobile I get a message that my number is not valid. Been going on for a while now.

We have located your account and can confirm that the home phone is not working. Could you please take a photo of the modem serial number and send it to us via a PM?
