Home Phone not able to call external

The last 3 days I have not been able to make external calls on my home phone line.  I have had the line for quite some time (more than 6 months) and have not experienced it before.  I have tried overseas numbers, local, mobile and 13... numbers and the same issue.  The message is "The number you have dialed is not available from this service OCA0163".


I notice that the only support that TPG offer is chat now, yet when I try to open a chat I just get a "try again later" meesage, which has been coming up for the past day or so.  I appreciate that things are a little hectic at the moment but I rely on my phone for business and i need to get an idea of when this will be fixed.  I have checked my account online and there is no balance owing.
