Home Phone not working Internet working but dropped many times

Guys i need help with getting our phone online again. you see our house has bad mobile reception so i can't ring and be on the computer at once

the modem keeps dropping out with the internet often. I can get it back but no home phone. ive tried re-setting the modem many times. with the reset button and or leaving it turned off for a period. 

we are in need of our home phone for medical reasons and without it will be a real issue.
