Home phone is out again!!!!!!!

Another nasty surprise today. My home phone is out yet again. There is a dial tone, but it can't connect & there is a continuious tone.

I rebooted the modem/router and reset it also. That did not work as usual.

This is even worse than my previous ISP

We ran an initial test to the service it shows no issue with the phone service, are you still having issue making outgoing calls?
