I am at Newton in South Australia.
Since 15 March 2020, my home phone line has an issue, every time when making phone calls to any Hong Kong landline numbers, all calls were connected to other countries and the other side receivers were not speaking English (it seemed to me they are speaking indian language. Could some one help me to fix my home phone line's issue.
Recently, I have tried to make calls to TPG help line, all my calls' waiting time was longer than 90 minutes and I still couldn't reach to the point speaking to any operator about my home phone line issue.
