Will my landline phone number be changed or affected in any way if I upgrade from my existing NBN12 bundle to NBN50 bundle? I need higher upload speeds, and would like to upgrade ON LINE, but I'm worried my number will be changed without my knowledge or permission (this is from reading other posts on here). How do I ensure my landline phone number does not change?
Dont bother. Find another supplier that can actually support their services.

I just need faster upload speeds, don't want my landline to get changed.
I've tried the on-line chat with tpg last night, waited 6 hours for reply and then they closed it on me. Now again I'm waiting for a response - it's been an hour. Seems they don't have customer support at all, strange for a tech company who should be able to work from home easily.
