Landline not working since change to TPG for 2 weeks now

Our landline has (partly) stopped working since connecting to TPG. It works for outgoing calls but for any attempt to call that number goes straight as "Call Failed".

I've spoken several times to customer support but was told there's nothing they can do as the line is already active on their end.

I purchased new phones and still the same issue.

We run a home business and have been missing customer calls for 10 days (so far).

Let us help check what causing issues with the landline, what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Could you drop me a PM with your details?
