After the nbn has been installed, my land line is dead. I cannot make any calls nor receive any calls through my home phone. The technicians who came to install my NBN said that I must contact TPG to fix the problem. Could you please fix it as a matter of urgency for me please? It is so inconvenient without being able to make calls.
