My landline is not working

I have a new service of landline plus internet. The internet is working fine and I thought the landline was as well till my daughter was stranded tonight and tried to call me for a lift. My landline isn't working properly. 

Is there a place I should be emailing for help? (don't ask me to phone. I have no working phone).

You can send us a PM with your landline number and registered account name, so we can check your phone status. Also, please give us the exact error that you encountered when someone tries to call you and if you try to make an outgoing call.
