NBN: Phone not working but Internet is fine

Hi,

My phone has not been able to receive or make calls for about 3 weeks but the Internet still works fine. There is a dial tone when the phone is picked up but no calls seem to go through. When calling into the number, just get a message saying “call cannot be connected at this time”.

I have also been getting notifications about planned maintenance in the area for around 2 weeks so assumed this was to rectify some issue.

What else can be done to try to fix this?
