We have no dial tone. Similar to the other posts. We have tried another handset, connecting handset to modem and power cycling the modem - all unsuccessful.
Strange thing is, it says 'Plan Change' under the Phone Account status on our online account.
We have not requested a plan change. Maybe this has something to do with it? Hope someone can assist?

We'd be keen to find out what's going on with your phone service. We tried to search for your account using your community details to no avail.
Please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can locate the account and further look into this.
