Thank you for your message, I have attached a link to assist with your installation.
Please make sure you
1. do not have any other telecommunication devices connected (telephones, fax, alarm, ADSL modem, filters)
2. Only use an ethernet cable (yellow Cable) to connect your modem (WAN Port) to the NBN box
3. Power off NBN box for few minutes then reconnect
