NBN setup problem

Hi,
We are receiving messages from tpg to activate NBN. We have connected the equipment and tried many times for 4 hours but the link and dsl icon are not stabilising. Kindly check as an urgent issue. Below are the account details.

Please make sure you

1. do not have any other telecommunication devices connected (telephones, fax, alarm, ADSL modem, filters)

2. Only use an ethernet cable (yellow Cable) to connect your modem (WAN Port) to the NBN box 

3. Power off NBN box for few minutes then reconnect
