Hi, I followed the steps in the instruction, but there is still no signal. Did I missed something? Why there is no answer everything time I am callling to technician serivce hotline?We have waited and waited. We want to get to the internet as soon as possible, please give your cumstomer some help.

I was able to locate your account using your community details and seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians today. The test result shows a line fault causing the service not to work.
This has been raised to our Engineering Team and raised to Telstra for further investigation. Telstra, advised us that they have booked a technician to check your TPG service on or before 11/Jan/2019. Your attendance is NOT required.
