Need to divert all calls from NBN HFC digital voice phone to my mobile and refund unused VoIP account balance

Would you please divert all calls from NBN HFC Digital Voice Phone to my mobile as we are switching from NBN Home Broadband to 5G Home Broadband.  Also, please refund unused VoIP account balance $17.75 back to our bank account.
