Need to port my home phone to Biz Phone - SIP service

How can I port my NBN home phone number to my Biz Phone account so I can use it as a SIP?

My TPG business phone account manager asked for the home phone account number saying it should start with 11 but I can't find it.

What should I do?

According to the TPG!!!

If you are to port out your telephone number, this must be completed prior to the account termination and you need to notify your new ISP that you wish to port in your existing number. Moreover, BizPhone and SIP are corporate; hence, recommended for business use.
