My home phone line is not working. I thought it was my current phone, so I bought a new one. When i call my landline from my mobile it says that the user is busy and there is no dialing tone. I have unplugged everything and checked whether there was any maintenance work in my area, but there is nothing. I need to know whether it's a line fault or the Huawei modem.
