The phone line and internet at my mum's place isn't working. There is a dial tone but there is no phone calls in or out. There is no internet access, no wifi.
This is probably the third time in recent weeks that it's dropped out entirely.
Followed the online troubleshooting instructions to no avail, account is paid and I've tried to access support via live webchat and we've checked that the NBN isn't the problem.
Can someone please PM with advice on how best to get in touch with someone that can help....account username is mikeraymond
