My telephoen line is not working. I thought it was my current phone, so bought a new one. when I ring the landline from my mobile it says that the user is busy, but there is no dial tone from either handset. I have unplugged everything, and checked that there was no planned maintenance in my area. I have emailed and tried to call TPG several times over the last week with no response.
