OCA0142 When Dialing Other Landlines

Hi all

Currently receiving a pre recorded message only when dialling other NON TPG Landlines..

"Calls to the destination are currently congested please try again later OCA0142"

I'm able to call mobiles, 1800 and 13 numbers.

I'm not sure if other people calling me are receiving the same message.

I'm able to call my number from my mobile fine.

@Shane 

With further information from the numbers I was calling, it seems they had issues with their phone lines.

I guess everything seems working correctly for our line atm.

Just to add modem logs show:

Dialing thier number

2021-05-08 15:04:21 [5] VoIP: call to 02######## with status code 480

 

Dailing my number

2021-05-08 14:57:05 [5] VoIP: call to 02######## with status code 486

 

Wiki SIP Error codes discription.

480 Temporarily Unavailable - Callee currently unavailable

486 Busy Here - Callee is busy

 

Could this be and issue with their phone not mine?
