We have a conference phone set up in our office that is linked to our other phone lines to that we can dial in/out of calls. The conference phone is currently not dialling in or out and automatically diverts all calls when you try to connect to it.
I did contact the TPG phone help line but they told me to restart the router which hasn't worked
Any help is appreciated at this point as we need the service back asap
