TPG Digital Voice Not working but reports as Activated

I received an email from TPG stating my old number (was to be ported from Telstra) was active as my digital voice number with TPG ( 02 95299426)


However when dialling this supposedly 'active' number i get the message ' the number you have called is not connected  - please check the number before trying again'


Please advise as emails and phone calls to TPG are going unanswered and this was supposedly active on 16th March .


As a new customer to TPG this is NOT a good customer experience.


Please advise urgently via 0424 704 759 (Olga) or via email ( WHEN this will be rectified and the correct voice number.
