Our telephone has stopped working AGAIN. This is becoming an all too common issue. We have changed phone base stations. And this must be the sixth or so time this happens. We are FTTC connection.
We have dial tone but cannot ring out or receive calls.

Working again now, but an unreliable phone means we don't know who has tried phoning or cannot phone out in an emergency. I'm disabled, so home phone is important to me.
