Unable to receive call on home phone from a number in Qld.

On Friday my mother was able to ring me on my home phone using her new telephone number.  On Tuesday she tried to ring and the number was blocked at my end. She has been able to use her phone to make calls to other numbers successfully.

The number is not blocked on my telephone.

Could you please investigate and advise why this is happening.
