Upgrading my mobile to 6 GB Data

I received an email today from TPG it said I could upgrade my mobile to 6GB Data on the $19.99 plan. I tried to but it would not let me, I put in my username 0414637938 and could not remember my password, I tried words and numbers that I thought it was but that did not work. It also said I was not a TPG customer, which I am, I do not know what to do.

The Select Location is wrong it is my mobile phone. I hope you can help me, I am on my own now, my husband would fix it, sadly he has passed away.
