Can anyone from TPG tell me how long I'm going to be without my VOIP phone? NBN crashed last week, I rang Tech Support from my mobile, for whatever reason they couldn't reset it.
I rely on my VOIP phone due to the fact I have a ******* mobile coverage in Perth Metro.
