Very poor customer service

I want to know when someone will respond to my complaint from last month.

You keep taking money out of my account but know one will respond to my request for a supervisor to call me so we can resolve this complaint.

I don’t know how the Phillipines are trained in customer service but they need retraining.

Because I am getting no where.
