I want my account cancelled asap, i'm off contract and have signed up with new provider. Tried to call, emailed and online chat but still have to wait for someone to call me back! Why it's so hard to cancel NBN service! I have been told I need to give 30 days notice for cancellation, and that means I need to keep paying for the service that is not upto expection. We have been a loyal cutomer for more than 25 years, and now it's the time to move on, as TPG is not as competive as before.
