Good morning!
We have just moved and have therefore changed our TPG internet and phone connection to our new adress. Internet is working fine, and after resetting the router we can now also receive calls, but we cannot make any calls. Calling a landline we get a line-in-use sound and when calling any mobile number we get the voice message "you have dialed an invalid carrier access code". We have tried several landline and mobile numbers, but the outcome is aways the same.

It can take some time before the number activates in the National Network for O/Bound calls, especially if you are porting a number.
Give it a few days then try again.
