Dear Customer Service Team,
landline (home phone) does not work after the installation. There have dial tone but said this number is not valid (this number was provide by TPG), so I cannot make calls to other phone numbers or receive incoming calls!!!
After few live chats issue was forwarded to Home phone Engineers for investigation

and was told -You will be contacted within 24-48 hours but no any response
emails also was sent but same no response
Could you please help fix the problem as we need it urgently.
