Hi, I've activated a new sim card but a don't have any signal. I swiched from optus to tpg a week ago after following all the steps to activate the new sim but it doesn't work. I'm travelling in europe for a month and i tried to do the activation in here but now none of the sim cards works. Can you please help if you know what is stopping the sim from working, or an email address to comunicate to solve the problem.. as it can be very complicated through a phone call from here.
